⚠️ Critical Notice: MedFind is a platform for connecting patients and healthcare providers. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information on this platform is for general purposes only and does not replace professional medical consultation.
- Doctors and healthcare providers listed are independent professionals. MedFind does not employ them.
- MedFind verifies doctor credentials with BMDC registration but is not liable for individual medical decisions.
- In case of medical emergency, call 999 (Bangladesh National Emergency) or go to your nearest hospital immediately.
- Telemedicine consultations are supplementary and cannot replace in-person examination for serious conditions.
- Prescriptions issued via telemedicine are subject to applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

- Blood donor registration is voluntary. You may opt out at any time.
- We do not verify medical eligibility for donation — consult a doctor before donating.
- MedFind is not liable for any outcomes resulting from blood donation arranged through the platform.
- Patient-donor contact is facilitated by MedFind but the donation itself is a voluntary act between individuals.
- Donors must meet Bangladesh blood donation eligibility requirements (age 18-65, weight ≥50kg, healthy).
6 Payments & Refunds
- Payment is processed via SSLCommerz, bKash, and Nagad through secure gateways.
- Consultation fees are set by individual doctors/hospitals, not by MedFind.

- For payment disputes, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
- We are not responsible for failed transactions due to payment gateway issues.
