1. Acknowledgment of Non-Medical Nature

I understand that MedFind Bangladesh is a digital platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. MedFind itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Voluntary Participation

I voluntarily choose to use MedFind services. I understand I can discontinue use and delete my account at any time without penalty.

3. Accuracy of Information

I agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal and medical information. I understand that providing false information may result in inappropriate healthcare recommendations.

4. Emergency Situations

I understand that in a medical emergency, I should call 999 or go to the nearest hospital immediately, and NOT rely on MedFind for emergency care.

I have read and agree to MedFind's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Telemedicine

Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications. I understand that telemedicine is not appropriate for all medical conditions and may have different outcomes than in-person care.

2. Technology Limitations

I understand that telemedicine consultations have technical limitations including potential connection issues, inability to perform physical examinations, and possible transmission interruptions. These may affect the quality of care.

3. Confidentiality & Security

I understand that while MedFind uses encryption and security measures, electronic communication carries inherent risks. I consent to my consultation being conducted via video/audio despite these risks.

4. Session Recording

Telemedicine sessions are NOT recorded by MedFind. Any recording by either party requires mutual consent and may be subject to legal restrictions.

5. Prescription Limitations

Electronic prescriptions issued via telemedicine are valid under Bangladesh telemedicine guidelines. However, controlled substances may not be prescribed via telemedicine.

6. Right to Discontinue

I may discontinue a telemedicine consultation at any time. I understand that doing so may affect the quality of care received.

• I can request an in-person referral at any time
• Emergency situations require immediate in-person care (call 999)
• Follow-up appointments may be recommended

1. Data We Collect

• Personal identification: name, age, gender, contact information
• Medical history: diagnoses, medications, allergies, lab results
• Appointment records and consultation notes
• Platform usage data and device information

2. How We Use Your Data

• To connect you with appropriate healthcare providers
• To maintain your electronic health records
• To process payments and maintain billing records
• To send appointment reminders and health notifications

3. Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with your treating healthcare providers, when required by law, or with your explicit consent. We never sell your medical data.

1. Voluntary Registration

I voluntarily register as a blood donor on MedFind Bangladesh. I understand this is a civic service and I am not compensated for donations arranged through the platform.

2. Information Sharing

I consent to my name, blood group, district, and contact information being visible to verified patients who need blood matching my type. I understand my information will NOT be sold or shared for commercial purposes.

3. Eligibility Self-Declaration

I declare that at the time of donation I will:

• Be between 18 and 65 years of age
• Weigh at least 50 kilograms
• Be in good general health with no active illness
• Not have donated blood in the past 90 days
• Not be taking medications that contraindicate donation

4. MedFind's Role

MedFind facilitates the connection between donors and patients. The actual donation must occur at a licensed blood bank or hospital. MedFind is not responsible for any medical outcomes of the donation.

5. Opt-Out Rights

I can remove my registration at any time by contacting medfindbd2026@gmail.com or through my account settings.
